Notice the convenient SIDE ACCESS for wheelchairs compared
to the traditional end access. Having an individual seat on
each side allows the person in a wheelchair to feel more
like a part of the group.
The frame is
made of 2-3/8" O.D. schedule 40 pipe and is hot
dip galvanized after fabrication.
Available seating options: Wood, Aluminum, Fiberglass,
Vinyl Plastisol
Standard frame finish is galvanized ("G"
in the model number)
Change it to "C"
for a black powder coated frame.

End Access Tables
(1 Wheelchair Space)
Because ADA end access requires a full 24" overhang at one
end of the table top, it can easily cause a table to be
up-ended if someone sits or leans on that end. Kay Park has
addressed this concern by welding anti-tip supports (patent
#6116681) to the side of the table legs (as shown) on our
heaviest "J2" frame. This method places the outer bearing
point closer to the end of the table. The result is a picnic
table with end access that is less hazardous to the general
public than other designs. |

Side, PLUS End, Access Tables
(2 Wheelchair Space)
These new models are designed so that you can have
wheelchair access from the side, end, or both on the same
table! Toe clearance on the tables in 24", width clearance
is 30", with 29" under the table top. Welded anti-tip
extensions (patent # 6116681) on the legs overcome the
possibility of upending a table with such a long overhang,
as required b A.D.A.
Available seating options: Wood, Aluminum, Fiberglass, Vinyl
Plastisol (PVC), and Recycled Plastic.
