COVERED GRILLS promote fire safety by reducing floating
cinders! The hinged cover holds in smoke and heat to
give food that "smoked flavor", and also helps protect
the inner parts from the elements. The cover is made
from 14 ga. sheet steel. The fire box is made of 10 ga.
steel plate with 11 ga. steel end panels. Both fire and
cooking grates are fabricated of 1/2" dia. steel bars
which are non-removable, yet can be tipped out for easy
cleaning. Two sizes are available. Both have four draft
vents and 360 degree rotation for heat and smoke
control. These units are finished with a high heat,
non-toxic, black enamel and come with a 3 1/2" o.d.
pedestal, 40" long for permanently mounting in-ground.
